Synthesized all 4 child research streams into AKOOL_ARCHITECTURE_SYNTHESIS.md (25KB, 11 sections). Key findings: provider abstraction layer is the crown jewel (directly adaptable to multi-vendor avatar swapping), face-swap and avatar-creation endpoints exist but are unused in the streaming demo, EventBus/ResourceManager/Logger are copy-paste ready, and neither demo supports dynamic persona switching but the architecture can be extended to do so.
