FCE is a claim-verification aggregator, not a people database — the data model (Claim→ClaimReview→Publisher) is categorically wrong for background checks. The only person field (claimant) is unstructured text covering <1% of the population (public figures making public claims). All four child deep-dives converge on OMIT.
